LandBuilder was founded in January 2002 by Devon S. Rushnell and is one of the Bay areas leading land development companies. 

Devon Rushnell  over the course of his career, has been involved with  more than 1 billion dollars in realestate transactions.

Prior to the downturn which began in 2007, LandBuilder had over 500 dwelling units under construction and well over 1,000 dwelling units in the permitting process thoughout Pasco, Hillsborough, Manatee and Sarasota Counties.

Throughout this period, Devon Rushnell has continued to sucessfully manage and navigate LandBuilder's 

existing projects through this difficult economic climate and is currently working several new land developments in Florida and abroad while building a leaner stronger company for the future.

Currently, LandBuilder is in the final stages of developing one of its premier properties in Sarasota, Prospect Point which will be complete in late spring 2011.

In recent years, Devon Rushnell has been exploring opportunities outside the U.S, mainly the Latin American country, Panama.

Panama was chosen for a number of reasons, goverment stability, cost of living, climate and the overall beauty of the country. Plans to develop an upscale eco-friendly resort on the Caribbean are underway and early stage investment opportunities are available now. The onsite development process is expected to begin late spring-early summer of 2011.
